1. Listing Fees
- Listing fees and promotional upgrades are non-refundable once your listing goes live.
2. Transaction Refunds
Refunds may be issued only if:
- A transaction is canceled before the transfer is initiated
- The other party fails to deliver as promised and it is verified by our mediation team
- There is a confirmed case of fraud
3. Escrow Transactions
- If you use our escrow service, funds are held securely until both parties confirm the completion.
- If a dispute arises, Websiteshawk will review the evidence and make a fair decision.
4. Chargebacks
Unauthorized chargebacks may lead to account suspension or permanent ban.
